Sarah DeLuca, LCSW

Welcome! I am honored and excited to begin this journey with you.  I grew up in Massachusetts where I earned my Masters in Social Work from Boston College. After grad school, I lived and worked in Austin, TX for almost ten years building a fulfilling private practice in that beautiful community. I still offer telehealth services to Texas clients, as I maintain my Texas Social Work license. Looking for a change in lifestyle, my family moved to Fort Collins, CO where we are enjoying the cooler weather and beautiful landscapes.
In addition to my work in private practice, I have experience in residential foster care settings, elementary, middle and high schools, and emergency psychiatric services. When I’m not working supporting my clients in session, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, practicing yoga and being in nature.

In my practice, I believe that Black Lives Matter, love is love, no human is illegal and women’s rights are human rights. I am a white cis female and stand beside the LGBTQ community as an ally. I work from a trauma informed and anti-racist lens and am dedicated to continuing to learn and grow in order to better serve all members of our community. I look forward to meeting you where you are today and beginning this journey together.
